Looking to Lose Weight BMF Part 24
I am a bit behind so my apologies for that, however since last times blog, I have been doing my Miracle Morning.
Today I was up at 5:30, and my routine was
- press ups/situps/burpees for 10mins
- silence and standing in chi gung posture 5mins
- gratitude and saying thanks for things
- Positive statements and thinking for the above two 5 mins
- reading 25mins
- drink pint of water
- breakfast consisting of poached egg, brown bread, grilled mushrooms and tomatoes.
- Feel good for it all, not tired although it was harsh getting up so early. Plus felt really good not going near phone for two hours from waking up.
That has pretty much been the same every day, I can report back that last week I lost 4 lbs, so very happy with that, I can only put it down to more water and stimulating my body with the early exercise shock.
Last week we had a hard Monday session with the dreaded run up to the traffic lights. Nearly got to the devils before I had to turn and come back. Then it was a hardcore session, then on Wednesday, we had the devils challenge. OMG! This time though, we had less than an hour and I got two exercises ahead on last time, that is nine sets down. Even got the burpees in mine. Did I mention I hate burpees.
Tonight was pretty rough, with plenty of hill running and exercises till you cant do any more, then the warm down was nasty, and I mean nasty. Arms out stretched from the body to the sides, and rotate in tiny circles, forwards and back, up and down, press ups and repeat, they just got fatigued and you could barely hold them out. All in all, Im thinking Scott is getting nasty and I am going to have to watch him.
Plenty of new people, and they seem to be coming back. Im still enjoying it, and definitely enjoying my miracle mornings, and maybe people have noticed a happier me. I hope so. It is nice not to be so rushed but I am tired at night, and that means I am sleeping really well which I havent done in years.
