About Me

So what is my story, who am I? Where shall I begin? I have one brother, one sister and a brother who died and I am the youngest, and so the baby of the family. I have been training in the martial arts, most of my life. More particularly in Wing Chun Kung Fu in which I taught for many years.

I have two boys Jack and Tom, they are now grown up leading their lives and good luck to them.

I had been involved in freemasonry for many years, and I love the journey of discovery. Freemasonry will mean many different things to different people as it is such a personal journey. I am not ashamed of my membership, it defines me in many ways. I am always happy to talk about my masonry to anybody so do not think you cannot talk to me about it. I have many friends from masonry that I know I can count on, do you? I left masonry for very personal reasons and I do not regret having been a member or my leaving.

I used to work in the print and marketing industry with a particular skill in social media and you may know me as sifu33. I love it, because no matter how hard you research you can never get on top of it, it is just so fast moving. It keeps me thinking about new ways to engage and that keeps my brain working and stimulated. So my work skills are in printed promotional carrier bags and social media. I now work in the railway industry as a guard. It is a job I was born for, I love it.

I have been using computers for years and in that time I have archived my notes on martial arts and jokes and freemasonry, so over time, I hope to gather it back into one place and be my resource. This might not be for you, but it is definitely for me.
