British Military Fitnesss Part 10
Here we go then people, British Military Fitness Part 10, before we do that, I am pleased to report my weight this week is X-3lbs, so a 3lbs weight loss. Im happy with that.
Tonight we had, I think his name was, Mark. There were whispers that perhaps it might be an easier session. I’ll be honest I was very dubious about that, these guys are experts at causing pain and laughing in the process, even worse they somehow manage to get you to affirm how much you are enjoying it. “Are we having fun?” “Yea of course we are, thighs screaming, lungs gasping and arms burning.
Well so much for easy. I really do not know how they manage to, week in week out, manage to make each session progressively harder. I’m not kidding it just gets harder. My lungs gasping. They keep the cardio going unbelievably hard. We had these crazy press ups, where as you went down you extended one arm forward and then pressed up, and then down on the other size.
I believe the words are HIT High Intensity Training, and I felt, food wise I had the energy today. Speaking to a chap today, he told me he had got to a green vest from 35 years of no exercise in six months, however, he goes seven times a week. Now thats an aspiration. Iv got to focus on three times a week for now and get my own training in, watch this space as I start something called the Miracle Morning.
