    British Military Fitness Part 7 Well the traffic in Maidstone was horrendous, and even though I set out at 6pm, I didnt get through the other side until 7:30. By the time I would have got up to training I would have missed it all. I chose to turn around and run around Moat Park, with a little bit of the shizzle that the BMF guys do. I am an observer, and student, so it is a good opportunity to share some lessons.     British Military Fitness Part 6 Well, that is my first night back after my little set back, for which, I have taken a fair amount of ribbing. To be fair, I probably deserved that. I prepared today, eating a good breakfast, a protein and carb dinner at lunch time, a couple of bananas and a porridge when i got in, with plenty of milk.     British Military Fitness Part 3 I would not want you to think that because of all the pain, that I am hating this, on the contrary, I am absolutely loving it, and although I do hurt, a lot, I am more full of energy than you could possibly imagine.     British Military Fitness Part 1 Well, my friends out there will no doubt know that I am grossly overweight and I go through fads of fitness and exercise and diets, and they work for a bit and then I revert to type and bang back where I started.
