Looking to Lose Weight BMF Part 14

What a great session tonight was, Im on a buzz a high, elated. Scot was the pain master for tonight. I wouldnt call it the worst it has been, but no mistakes it was hard. There was a new girl started tonight, who looked in a reasonable state of health, as they say in Indiana Jones, you chose wisely, when she picked the blue bib for her fitness level. She admitted frequent cramps and the inevitable pain from the squats. I suppose I am getting used to the expected pain. I know its coming so I grit my teeth and get on.

I still really suffer from the warm ups, Im convinced Id be fine without those bad boys, running me all over the park up hills, doing things with me arms. It is so hard for me, and remember Im looking to lose weight Im heavy, when he says do star jumps, as soon as my feet leave the floor, I have to contend with the belly wobble, which honestly hurts. Thats a good reason not to put on weight people. Then another exercise I struggle with is squat thrusts or burpees. Ill say Im getting better but not much.

The camaraderie is amazing, the people are so kind, cheering me on, encouraging and looking out for me. One day Im going to be their back up, and not the last one to come in. I suppose if you put everyone else together you would just about equal my weight, so it is no wonder, years of not looking to lose weight, bad eating and not caring.

I have eaten well in preparation for my BMF, since my ambulance saga. Real home prepped food, Carbs on the exercise days, and little to no carbs elsewhere. Fresh meat and vegetables, nuts, superfoods and I now have some coconut oil for cooking with, which also happens to be great for skin, hair, drinks etc. Holland and Barrett are doing a crazy offer on them by one and get the second for a penny.

And you know what, I even think my slinky blue bib is starting to get on and off easier. I wont lie, it must still look horrendous with my cheeky belly button peeping out from underneath. Lets just hope, come the summer and lighter evenings I have lost considerable weight so it doesnt notice. I had an invite to something called the devils challenge, which I believe might actually kill me. Im in two minds about that one.

What do you think? Comment below, Ill take all answers into consideration.

Thanks for reading, Paul
