Looking to Lose Weight BMF Part 20

Would you believe me if I said this was the hardest session I have ever done. My legs are totally jelly. Close to puking my guts as well. Desperate to have a shower and cup of tea.

Plenty of running as usual, Josh was the instructor for the night and that’s a guarantee it is going to be an easy night, especially if he has been doing competitions, as after all he is a bit of a girl, and cant cope. Bless him. We also managed to blag Maria into wearing a red bib, which I think she regretted, but fair play, she did it. You have to have an awesome physique like mine to wear a blue.

So what did we do, I cant even remember, just loads of jumping burpees, running up and down hills endlessly. Resistance training with your partner, tricep dips blah blah blah. Hideous.

The warm down was some ridiculous karma sutra warm down. I get terrible cramps in my right calf which is a remnant from some old scarring. Quite often wakes me up in the night, however, everyone thought it hilarious when I developed cramp from one of these weird shapes we were pulling. Josh I do quite hate you sometimes!

Below is my best advice for losing weight, developed from a few years of study and practise.
